Founded in 1999, Shenzhen Ruipin Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was an integrative enterprise specializing in the development, design and manufacture of precision moulds. For many years, our company has won the trust from numerous customers with our advanced equipment, high precision products, and considerate service. Our company passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2006. There are more than 200 staff members, including 25 management personnel, 8 senior designing engineers, 130 technology workers and 10 QA personnel. Our company now possesses an integrated design and development system and a wonderful manufacture and processing factory, with three branches in Dongguan, Kunshan and Qingdao respectively, and a HQ department in Shenzhen.

Our Mould Processing Department mainly produces various precision moulds, mould holders, mould boards and jig fixtures. Our Set and Assembling Department mainly produces various guide posts, guide bushes, and diversified standard and non-standard mould fittings.

We currently possess many kinds of advanced high-technologic processing units, such as optic profile grinders (P/G) from Germany and Japan, jig grinders (J/G) from America, CNC processing machines, planer type milling machines, vertical milling machines, face millers, high precision face lapping mills, big and small grinders, shaping grinder machines, internal and external round grinders and linear cutting machines. We also have inspection machines, including projectors, quadratic element admeasured apparatuses, gradienters and hardness detecting apparatuses.
